We value your privacy. HairBack is designed to offer hair-related analysis and recommendations without requiring registration. We aim to minimize data collection and ensure your data stays on your device unless absolutely necessary.

- Answers to health-related questions (used only for anonymized analytics)
- Hair images (used for AI analysis, not stored permanently)

- To generate a personalized hair health report

No login or registration is required. We do not link collected data to specific individuals.
- How We Process Images
Users are asked to take 4 photos of their hair. These images are:
- Sent securely to our AI processing system
- Deleted immediately after processing
- Not stored or linked to personal identifiers
Image transmission is encrypted and handled securely.
- Local Data Storage
Age and questionnaire answers are stored locally on your device.
We may use this data in anonymized form for analytics purposes, which may be shared with trusted third-party services like Mixpanel. No personal or identifiable information is included.
- Analytics & Third-Party Services
We use third-party tools to improve HairBack:
- Mixpanel – product analytics
- Sentry – error and crash reporting
- RevenueCat – subscription and purchase management
These services may collect anonymized data such as device type, OS version, and usage patterns. Refer to their privacy policies for details.
- Children’s Privacy
HairBack is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that data has been collected from a user under 18, we will delete it immediately.
